Tim Dewson – In Memoriam
Founder
Tim Dewson founded Dewson Construction in 1993 and lead the company with an unparalleled dedication to every aspect of the business. His commitment to quality, craftsmanship and value made Dewson Construction what it is today – a highly respected home builder. The Dewson Team is dedicated to continuing Tim’s legacy – to building and renovating homes with superior craftsmanship, attention to detail and excellent customer service.
John McMahon
Chief Operating Officer
John joined Dewson Construction Company in 1993. With his hands-on approach and constant connection between field management and office management, clients can rest assured that their projects will be handled professionally and efficiently.
Steve DeBrabander
Operations Manager, Rehoboth Beach
Steve brings 24 + years of operational experience in high-end residential construction. Steve is responsible for the daily operations of our Rehoboth location and oversees a team of Field Managers delivering exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail to every project and personalized service to each client.
David Fortunato
Vice President
David brings more than 30 years of construction experience to the team, and has worked in multiple roles at Dewson including estimating and project management. He works closely with John McMahon in the sales function and manages the initial phases of our projects. David also leads a team of Field Managers in executing project goals relative to quality, budget and schedule.
Woody Dries
Land Development Manager
Woody focuses on the long-term goals of Dewson Construction Company to ensure we have the most beautiful building sites available for all our clients. He coordinates land opportunities and helps find the perfect location for clients’ dream homes.
Kevin Adams
Senior Estimator / Project Manager
Kevin has 30 + years of diverse construction experience from hands-on framing and finish carpentry to field and project management. Kevin leads the estimating team in pricing the materials and services necessary to build accurate budgets and thorough scopes of work.
Jamie Fuqua
Director of Sales & Operations,
Sussex County
Jamie manages the sales and pre-construction functions at our Rehoboth Beach office. His responsibilities include meeting with clients in the pre-construction phase – assisting and managing the process from design to selection coordination to permitting then leading the transition into Operations.
Dedicated Field Managers & Craftsmen
In addition to the team members listed above, Dewson has a dedicated and experienced team of Project Managers, Field Managers and Craftsmen that execute the work on site. They love what they do and their dedication is evident in the fine work they produce every day.
